Booking

A deposit of 25% is required within one week of the provisional booking. If not received within this time the provisional booking will be considered to be cancelled.

Final payments: full payment must be paid no later than two full calendar months prior to planned arrival.
Late bookings are to be paid in full.
Short breaks of less than seven nights are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment:

Payment can be made by cheque made out to A G Hurley or using Paypal (details on website).

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be advised either by telephone or e.mail but confirmed in writing.

Should you cancel within the two month period prior to arrival you will be liable for the full amount.
Should that vacancy be taken by another client within this period your payment will be refunded in full (less a £25 administration fee).
Should you cancel before that period you will only be liable for your deposit. If, however, that vacancy is taken by another guest, then we will refund your deposit in full (less a £25 administration fee).
Guests are advised to ensure their holiday insurance covers such eventualities.

Terms:

The property is available from 3.30pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00am on the Saturday of departure.

All electricity, heating, bed-linen and towels are included in your rental.

Conditions:

The owners and their employees reserve the right to enter the property at any time should they have concerns as to any inappropriate use of the property, e.g., unreasonable behaviour, property damage, unnecessary noise and annoyance to neighbours,. This list is not exclusive.
This could result in termination of the contract with the client forthwith and the removal of any person/s accordingly.

Similarly, at the time of arrival, the owners and their employees, reserve the right to refuse to surrender the property to any person/s they consider unsuitable for whatever reason and without explanation.

The number of Guests occupying the property must not exceed that as stated in the accommodation particulars.
Practicable requests for additional guests will be considered by the owners. Failure to do so could affect any refund of monies already paid and a request to leave the property.

Smoking is not permitted in the house under any circumstances.

Similarly pets will not be accepted.. Clients who choose to ignore this ruling will be asked to leave and, at whatever stage of their stay, forfeit full payment.

The owners accept no liability for any damage or loss of belongings of the guests, or any member of their party.
Similarly, we accept no liability for disputes or negligence - of whatever nature - between the guest/s and other members of their party arising from the use of the property.

Cleaning & Damages:

The Hirer is responsible for the cost of all non-trivial breakages, exceptional cleaning and damage to furnishings.
Such items must be reported immediately to The Owners on 01446 760295.

The Owners reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property; including crockery etc and may similarly charge for any additional cleaning required.

Use of garden

These are used entirely at the clients risk, including garden furniture, barbeque and any other items associated with the garden; decking and garage area. The Owners accept no responsibility for injury to any member of the party.


Children & Babies:

Supervision of children and babies remain entirely the responsibility of the parent, guardian or other accompanying adults when using any part of the house, its grounds, including the garden, decking and garage area. The Owners accept no responsibility for injury to any member of the party.

The Hirer cannot sub-let to any other person/s.

The tariff shown in this website may change at anytime due to increases in electricity and gas.

By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.
Station House Holidays reserve the right to change these terms at anytime and such changes can be seen on the website.
